      This is a photographic accessory to entertain kids when taking their pictures: "Watch the Birdie." You fill it with water and attach a pneumatic bulb to the protruding tube. Squeezing the tube causes the bird to tweet (somewhat) and wings flap. Dates from the 1890s to 1920s.

      Value for excellent condition, complete and working examples is typically in the $80 to $125 range. I'm unsure what this example would be worth without its wings.
