This is an old and fairly common decor or surface decoration for Loetz. It still can light up a display case with great color...the green, or "creta" isn't always this bright. This just happens to be a nice example. When looking at these pieces, collectors look for symmetry of the pulled wavy design.
I have........or should I say I" stole " a SIGNED one of these at a small auction in oergon. A real beauty !
