This is a spectacular Victorian rebus puzzle intaglio wax seal fob. (A rebus is an illusional device that uses pictures to represent words or parts of words.)
The intaglio matrix depicts an eye (I), winged cherub/cupid holding a bow (love) and a yew tree (you) = I love you.
The last photo shows the impression in play-doh.
I love these antique rebus puzzle wax seals. Part of the fun is deciphering the message!
