Found this the other day and was hoping to identify it. Has a Panda on the shaft below the handle bars and another on the shaft below the cool spring mounted seat(no tears or rips). Has a lever mounted on the handle bars that operates a cable connected to what I assume is a two speed rear axle. Factory mounted front and rear reflectors...dual hand brakes...kickstand...nice fenders...any information-age, value etc. will be appreciated...thanks
