Found by my wife in Yellow Pine, Id in 1992 while planting flowers. Have been offered various guesses by different people including "part of a burial cashe". Any help as far as what people made it, what age it is, value, anything at all will be appreciated. Thanks...............

I would say this is a spearhead, although it is missing the usual base formation for tying it to the wooden spear. It has the wrong shape for a knife. It's most likely a spear head from the size and shape.
