Found this beauty at a resale shop, love the smell of it when I open it! Not sure of value. On the bottom there is a date when configuring the numbers backwards as made in 1945.

The problem with a value on a Lane is that they are so common. They were built to last so unless it is an unusual one there are lots of them floating around. Auction pages are full of offers but few buyers. We have one my mother in law bought during early WWII. We have researched it for history more than value as we plan to give it to a grand daughter.
Oh yes definitely staying with me, has a few minor repairs to be back to its glory.
