    Hello!
    I picked this up this afternoon, fell in love with it immediately.
    ( We had a parakeet named Figaro when I was a child, loved him flying around the house )
    This sits on a very old electrified wood stand with a toggle switch.
    It's not marked on the bottom, but the signature will tell a lot when I understand what it is.
    Any help or information welcome,
