Dates to late 1920's, I have seen the Mobil "C" for gears can before, it sell for 75.00-125.00 range, yours is Mobil medium, should be in same value range I would think depending upon condition.

Yes, the label is in nice cndition considering how old can is and the environment can may have been in over the years. Great find, the chance you took was a good one on this. Keep digging, picking, you will have a home full before you know it.
