3 1/2 tall and just over 3 1/2 across.
Clear with green flower or could be seaweed

Purchased in Virginia (Flea Market).
No mark found.
Very beautiful to my eye's.
I have to say the price was right.
This flea market is going out of business and renters have been told that everything has to be out by the end of the month. I really need to go back this week and see what other beautiful items I can snatch up for a great price.

By the looks of the frosted bottom, I would guess Modern Chinese IMHO, but very Striking Piece!!
Likely Chinese but really well made and quite beautiful!
