First of all, my son and i are both pickers, buyers and sellers of anything interesting or unusual. This item has us stumped, it's made on silver and stainless steel and is made in a very unique and detailed way. I hope you can give us some answers as to what it is. I was thinking it may be tied to some kind of witch craft or cerimonial ritual.[House of Relic's]

How large is this item? If the thumb comes up between the first and second fingers that means this could be what is called a Figa fist or a Fig hand. If you are interested in the symbols I know a few good sites. It is an old good luck charm meant to protect the owner from jealousy or evil thoughts. The gourd and (what may be) the pomegranate are symbols with a similar purpose. This looks like an old collection of old world protection and abundance charms. Very cool piece!
