There it is Jewels! A perfect match... ;)
Here's how I received this one...Walking to my fav flea-market a little over 30yrs ago (wow, didn't realize it's been that long!) Anyway, the wind kicked up fast, hard & out of nowhere. I looked over & this lady was alone at her booth with her tarp just about taking off to who knows where, so I helped her. No big deal, right!
But it was just the two of us fighting this crazy wind. Well, we rescued the tarp and her inventory and this is what she gave me for helping her!!!
How awesome was that! I do have a great attachment to this one :)
Black Onyx and Sterling Silver. It is Navajo and is signed on the back plate which someone soldered on backwards when they made it. lol, sounds like something I would do! Anyway, I can't tell what it says but like I said, it's a keeper!!!
Oh I love it! I love feathers! And I love the story about how you got it--I have a story like that as well, there was a woman at an outdoor flea market who had all these clothes on flimsy racks and a hard wind started blowing them everywhere. One fell on me and I helped her get them back up and tighten the racks. She gave me an awesome mustard colored vest!
