Help please! What is this? It is made of brass or bronze or like material.it looks to be an example of a broken horn goat? The broken horn was made this way.what is the long piece where the body should be I was thinking a doorstop? But usually doorstops that I have seen have a shape that catches the door.it is marked with the .T stamp seen in photo and also an etched marking that looks like a southwestern type emblem and inside a Bm and I can't make out the last word (see photo) any help is appreciated on what it is,what it is used for,age,marks etc.it was found in an old house in Oregon.any help is appreciated and I thank you in advance .
Maybe it goes on a machine for removing tyres from rims & got broken.
Thank you blunderbuss2 ,I am unsure what that would be .looking at it ,it is not physically broken anywhere but I suppose the long piece where one would assume the body would be could possibly go into something? Who knows? Lol I am stumped on this one...thanks again !
If it's brass, bronze etc. , it would not be for a tire machine. Have to keep thinking.
Maybe something like a boot jack?
