ive looked every wheres for this i cnat seem to find out what this is all i know it is frosted glass about a foot wide with a flu to the middle and a sterling 4 whole top

appear to be the base of an epergne and looks to possibly be overshot. Here is one similar in pink listed as Pink Overshot Victorian Epergne:

yea thanks with out the other stuff with it made me wonder what it was i thought it was a wash bowl looks like u can put a tooth brush in the wholes lol Thanks Cakes
