I have probably had this gem for at least 3 years. Any attempts I have made to identify the maker have failed so far. I can find no markings, even with a jeweler's loupe. It is 9-3/4" tall with a base diameter of 3" and top diameter of 2".

Does anyone have any suggestions as to who may have made this beauty?
