    My Great Grandfather's endless sash clamp which is the only tool I have that belonged to him.
    The maker was 'J. Woodhead' of Brisbane.
    Two photos are as it has been for many and two are of after I cleaned and preserved it. The thread now turns exceptionally easily.

    For those who may not know what it is, it is used with a length of 3"x2" timber with notches cut out (the U part locks into the notch) to clamp framing or 'whatever' on a job, together.
    Endless because you could conceivably bolt an unlimited amount of timbers together and clamp away..........
