This is for racer4four..:-)....who wanted to see my lamp...sorry! racer4four the rest of my pieces are still in storage and will be for at least another 12 months while we build..but! as soon as I get them out I will post them for you..
A lovely lamp by Moorcroft in the 'Poppy' design, designed by Rachel Bishop...not sure when! as all my documentation is also packed but I believe long discontinued.
The lamp base itself stands approx...
18.5cm x 20cm in diameter..or
7.1/4 x 8 inches (just under)
I keep promising it I am going to get a 'posher' shade for it as that was a 'make do' when I put it on...but! have actually grown to like it on there...:-)

I think this is one of Bishop's best designs. So graphic and it looks just amazing on this lamp.

Wow, now that is a magnificent lamp, and I think the shade works nicely. It does not overpower the grandeur of the lamp, my humble opinion. Ah Moorcraft, says it all. Regards, Kirk

racer4four..there is so many beautiful Moorcroft designs...and this is just one of them, I have lots of favourites..but yes this is very this has to be one! of the best from Rachel Bishop!...:-)
