Was it common to have a different head than body by different manufactures? Head is in excellent shape. She no longer has her ear rings The body is in good shape. She is 30" long and has hinged hands, elbows, arm sockets, legs, and knees. All work well.
Jumeau was not known to use Bruno Schmidt heads mostly would have used Simon Halbig . So it is not impossible that they used a Bruno head it would not be common . However the body will help answer more since yo did not photo it are the hands jointed at wrist ? That will help date body . Let me see a photo of her hands and arm . How tall is she ? Could you also take a close up of face ? I will reply when you add photo's :-) Very nice doll .
One thing you can do also is look at stringing see if it is newer indicating maybe the head broke and was replaced with this one.
