What do you guys and gals think about this item? It's currently listed on eBay. The seller said it's published in Petretti's Coca-Cola Collectibles Price Guide for over $1,000. I don't have the book but can make a trip to the book store or the library if needed. Any help folks??

In my petretti's 10th edition the 1928 "Soda Jerk" is valued at $900.00 and I would say in the condition of this tray it will go over.
if going to buy it make sure it isnt a REPO
Thanks Ray, I just ordered Petretti's 12th edition from Amazon.com.
Ray, I needed a updated edition anyway, the 10th edition was dated 1997.

This is ending in a few hours. If the snipers don't get me I might be able to buy under $900. Is this a good or great price??
If your happy that's all that matters!
Okay, thanks officialfuel.
Can't afford to be upside down from the beginning, you never know what the future market will be, especially when the baby-boomers are gone.
