The two pins with E in the center is called Army-Navy E pin with was awarded for excellence in meeting high production quotas for defense. the next three are sons in the service pins. the pin in the center V is for Victory.

The other DUI pin that is blue and brass and say UT VIRI VOLENT means "That Men May Fly" It is a ww2 pin for the Army Air Corps Gulf Coast advance training center.
