These are two metric spanner wrenches from an early 1970's Honda motorcycle repair kit. - One is a 24mm and the other a 26mm
The wrenches are forged steel made by Kowa Seiki Tool Co., Japan and have the RK circle marks on the backsides (which stood for Repair Kit).
Kowa Seiki (established 1952) was a main supplier of Honda kit tools.
