My huge "MARTI" Marble and agate art deco clock. This clock with it's garnitures is 37"s in length and is heavy, it stands 10"s in height. The right garniture got wrecked in shipping and I am going to have to have it restored, but I glued the pieces I had together until then.
The left garniture is pictured.
Since posting this clock originally, today I took the cover off the back of the clock to slow it down (it was running 5 minutes fast). I noticed in big capital letters stamped "MARTI" and underneath that it said "8 jours". At the very bottom said "Made in France".
Now I know who made it.
BTW the John Wayne doll is my late mother's, my ex wife and I bought it for her birthday, he is not part of the clock.
