    This is the plane like Sean posted a while back but this one was made in Occupied Japan by Alps.

    Wind up and it goes across floor then rolls over and keeps going.

    I love these old odd ball toys.

      This would have been from around 1946 to 1953 so you are an older one,lol Or we could assume they were made for many years after that.
