The shorter one is about 16" tall and has a made in Japan sticker on his rear. It used to be that was a bad thing but now it is good as means vintage probably 50s. Looks like a Rushton but could be a knock off.
The taller one is about 2 feet tall. He looks pretty old perhaps 30s or 40s. I'll have to keep researching.
Rose Bowl find, $25 for both.
