These fine English made spats were tucked into an antique leather top hat trunk that was made in England. I don't know anything about them. But, thought they looked pretty cool.
Back in the day, men wore these over the tops of their shoes as formal dress. I can't image us wearing these today, but I'm sure that back then they were very stylish.
Can anyone on CW tell me anything about these? There are no labels of manufacturer name that I can see. But, I could just be overlooking it.

Very cool! Lucky to find inside of a trunk. I see spats from time to time but I'm not willing to pay what they are asking for them.
