Does anyone have any information on this item?
It looks like a cuff (it opens on two sides) but there is no clasp or opening. The background beads are iridescent, some of the beads in the design are not. The piece is lined with satin. It measures 3 inches wide and 2 ¼ inch thick not including the fringe so it is quite small.
