My dad has this in his basement.. I was trying to look up some history on it but I dont even know what its called? Hanging table? Hanging lamp? He calls it a chandalier but thats not right..???

So many hanging lamps on the pages of CW today. This is another beauty. The marbles strange, i wonder if it really is meant as a hanging table as well.
