    Found this tool in my fathers toolbox after he passed away. It's about the size of a pair of pliers. It opens and closes like pliers but with circular heads. No teeth for gripping. The only marking on this tool - when you open it wide, on the underside of each circle, one side is stamped 7M and the other side is stamped 7F. Would love to know what it is.

      Hog rings agree with aZ and Tallcakes . These are made for 2 different sizes vs one size .
