    One of my specialty collections is New England Telephone and Telegraph Company ringer boxes. I love the wax ball type arrestors and their fondness for 4" gongs. This is one such ringer box. It features giant 4" gongs on a large ringer box. It is specified TYPE 111 and I have only seen one other, that had 3" gongs.
