I recently found this in a box in the attic, and was curious as to what exactly do I have on my hands. It was inherited from my Grandmother. I am pretty certain that it is a perfume decanter, but if anyone has an additional information to assist in identifying this piece it would be appreciated.

I have the same shaped bottle in pink. The stopper is shaped like the head of a key. My great aunt received it as a gift from a boyfriend in the 20's.

I have a decanter the same shape that was made by St Louis. So yours might be not St. Louis but it is probably French. It's cased glass so that mans quality.
