    I inherited this trunk from my grandmothers house and am curious about the age of the trunk. I am looking at restoring it but undecided if I'd rather just clean well at this time. Any suggestions on cleaning would be great I need to clean the rust as well.

      There's some trunk experts on CW who'll have lots of good things to say about this one. Looks to be in excellent condition!

      I'm sure others will disagree, but my 1st stage would be to use soap, water & a hose.
