It is 80 x 130 x 205 mm approx and it's all made of wood, I don't really know much about it, just acquired it cause I thought it looked really nice.

I'm not into this line of toys but I do like it.
It looks to be homemade based on the the saw marks and gouges around the base and overall construction.
Is there a small hole anywhere around the hands that a piece of wire may have been?

Just guessing here but it may have been made as a toothbrush and tooth paste holder.
