    Found digging along with some other stuff...not really any good, maybe just good for props and decorating. Not sure of age, seems to be maybe from a barn or warehouse.................

      Love it, but what the hell is it? Looks like a phone dial on top. 1st cell phone?

      At one time it had a handphone hanging, and a metal bracket on bottom, and just the square box. The only reason I know, is because at a local antique store they have one in the basement, which before that was a funeral home.

      Is that a dry-cell battery attached?

      No it holds the telephone's circuits, sans a ringer, the ringer was optional and was housed in a second box.

      TA, got the ringer to come up but the other one showed 403 verboden. Well, I got the idea & the plan.
