I found this guy at Goodwill today. i don't know anything about him, except that he's kind of cool. any info appreciated, as always! he stands 8.5 inches tall by 5 inches wide. i don't know what the wood is underneath, but i think it might be a plug to hold a weight inside.

A spotty dog, just like my dog Pongo, great item.
i think that the thing on the base is a sticky foam pad for earthquake proofing.
