      Not Japanese but Chinese.

      The Mark says Qianlong Nian Zhi - "Qianlong Period, Made".

      But it is not from that period. It is twentieth century.
      Refer to the marks at :

      Check out mark 320.

      no it is PROC period from 1960 on
