A telephone company with a native American name in New England. Kids almost certainly referred to it as lotsa pee. This company was founded sometime prior to 1900 and provided exchange telephone service in towns along the New Hampshire-Maine border in the Ossipee Valley region. The sign measuring 17"x22" indicates that Ossipee Valley Tel & Tel as a Sub-Licensee provided local exchange service with available connections to New Eng Tel & Tel's extensive network of toll lines. Ossipee Valley Tel & Tel
was purchased by New Eng Tel & Tel during 1931.
