This was given to me from my mother-in-law and it came from her mother, so it's about 80 years old or more? I don't have much information about it, but she called it an "apron". I'm not sure about the spelling and I haven't been able to find another like it. It's a very textured glass on the inside and smooth on the outside. It looks almost like it would hold flowers and the flutes might actually hold water. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
