Thought I would throw this mystery out there. It appears French, heavy enameling on a small 6" clear vase with polished pontil. The makers mark looks like a marionette or puppet. I have looked for years without finding this mark. The closest enameling I have found is Lysies, any thoughts??
Not familiar, but it's very pretty.
