Great finds stored away for years.....

I had to go "hunting" in my own junk. I had some glass/crystal pieces from well let's just say years ago.....
Found this and a pair of Waterford crystal candlesticks so far....
I had no clue at all that this was signed and dated until I put it under a light. No clue on the signature at all... If you can make this out please drop a comment.
