The table is going to be beautiful for the holidays I'm going to go with all clear dishes and serving pieces this year :)

the combination of gray cut on pressed lead glass is an indication of recent imports. Try a google search for: Pinwheel Cut Glass Butter
I have several pieces with the symbol that is on your butterdish. Do you know anything about that star design. Origin etc?
