This is another of my grandmother's pieces that we have always called cut glass. It is a little over 2 inches high and has a 9 inch diameter. I would love to know the pattern and if it is really cut glass.

Not sure -- but I think the one band in it (the diamond and line area in the middle) is called ??? Canes and Button pattern.

As I had something with that type of pattern too ......But the very bottom of your bowl is NOT the same as mine -- as mine has a flower shape there. So not sure if this helps at all.

      Just throwing it out there.........................as a ??????

from these photos this definitely looks like cut glass... Sometimes these pieces may be marked, and may require examination with a loop to locate. IDing cut glass like ABP is not something I'm familiar with...

Celestina, there are thousands of cut glass patterns. If you are on FB, you can ask at the ACGA page, post your pictures there and the members will help you identify your pattern.

Lovely bowl! The cuts look nice and crisp to me, but I'm far from an expert. Good luck!

I do find it interesting to note similarities of these cut designs with similar pressed designs:
