Hi there I got this at a recent estate sale and they practically gave it away. I don't know what these are called but the work done to make these planes so realistic are great. Looks like it's made of yarn and has what looks like initials and the number 52. Anyone tell me the technical term for these pieces?

Thanks ho2 I'm not exactly sure either what it is I just like the Old School Air Planes got me thinking of the Red Baron!!
I'm not here to keep score I'm here to learn and share the items I find with others who appreciate them.
I honestly wish I could spend more time looking at others post I'm aware of all the other great finds. I imagine I will make more of an effort though.
