This spiceboxb is about 60 years old. My mother had it in her kitchen and brings warm memories of my childhood. It was given to me when I left and married 45 years ago. I don't know much about who crafted these little spice boxes and love to know about it more. On the back their is still the label that has a crown insignia with wording WALES.
Dimension: 8 by 8 inches box with spice boxes 2 by 2.5 inches.
So pretty!
The only thing I can think of is the import company Wales that brought in glass and ceramics from Japan from the 50s on.
Hard to see but the ceramic drawers have a Japanese made look to them.
Could you supply a photo of the drawers out and the sticker?
