I just picked this up and was wondering if anybody could give me directions to its value.Measures 21"x26",seems to be done on canvas and states its a watercolor.Artist Bill Ware.Signed twice,once in pencil.Didnt that till I took it out of frame.Thanbks for any help.
not sure on the worth but i love anything raceing related great pick
