glass, gold trim, base lights up also. I have 2 of these and 1 floor model that matches. the floor model is a 3 way and the bottom lights up.

Not sure of maker -- but here is something similar.
Base lights up, frosted & gold color, top half//bottom half the same with an intersecting piece of metal. Some similarities to yours (in a sense):
