    i picked this up at Goodwill last night. it's unmarked, but might be Bitossi. does anyone know? i paid $10 for it.

      It is so calming... I know nothing about Bitossi and ceramics in general, but seem high quality item, not the decorative usual junk!

      it doesn't really have the 'heft' of a Bitossi, but it is really nice and serene and beautiful.

      I am not sure what all the little bubbles on the head are or the top piece but I saw many like this in Thailand. The eyes cast downward or closed meant they were meditating. It was supposed to be soothing or some such thing. I bought a jade one with a smile and called it quits.
