I found this beauty at my local Salvation Army. It is 19.5" tall. The painting is bright and clear. Can anyone tell me where it is from? Or what the writing says? Does it tell the age? It is prettier in person.
I don't know about the marks, but I don't think this is old.
Looking at the flowers inside the rim (third picture), there are apparently four larger floral sprays, with smaller sprays in between. From what's visible, I think the smaller sprays are all exactly identical, and the larger sprays are also identical to each other. It looks like transfer-printed decoration, not hand-painted.
