I was so thrilled when another relative sent me the keys to my cousin, playwright Anne Nichol's Beverly Hotel NY City Penthouse that she lived in during the 1940s. Her play "Abie's Irish Rose" had become a huge success in the 1920s and became a motion picture in 1928. While she was living at the Beverly Hotel, she was producing the radio version of "Abie's Irish Rose." There is a photo of Anne at the radio station; the Beverly Hotel with a dot marking her apartment and a really cool look inside of her apartment.
