This is a small ceramic vase with a beautiful blue green glaze. Marked on the bottom is an arrow. From what I've read symbols were used to date and identify antique ceramics. I could be way off also. Extremely well made piece. Any information is always much appreciated! I feel I could be looking awhile on this one.

With that foot it might be Japanese too!

The arrow might be a Japanese potter's mark?

Just an idea ..... not sure of anything, mind!

Don't you hate when something is signed like this? I never understood why they don't just write their name so everyone will know... I can't make out what they were trying to convey with this mark. Can't tell if its a symbol or a name

Yes it's frustrating and still a puzzle. :)
