here is a set of fenton topaz [vaseline] opalescent hobnail basket. one of each size fenton made. the large basket on the far right is quite rare. it is just an amazing piece. all three baskets glow very brightly under a blacklight! hope everyone likes these.

Is the yellow hard to find? What is the hardest color to find would you say?

yellow is up there on the hardest to find colors. the hardest to find color would be the purple opalescent...its is called by several names (wisteria, orchid, violet) i have a pic of this color...

this color is very hard to find. the plum color from the 1980's is also a scarce color... thanks

How can you tell a vintage 7" basket from a reproduction? I noticed on my cranberry vintage I can actually place product, (water) in the base of the basked, but the reproductions appear to have a solid base. Does that make sense? I have been fooled several times and really would like to know how many reproductions are out there, and where are these "Antique" dealers getting these? So frustrating.

im not sure what you mean by reproductions....there arent any reproductions out there...there are later issues of items, but they are not reproductions.
