From Star Wars to Jedi: The Making of a Saga is a 1985 documentary. One version came with the trilogy box set from the 1992 release, albeit with a different cover. There are at least different covers for this that I have seen. The pictured version came out in 1989.
The Making of Star Wars originally came out in 1979 and has been re-released a few times since then. The pictured version is the latest which came out in 1995 as a mail-away offer from Kellogg's. This version is identical except that voice-over has been re-recorded by the late Don LaFontaine ('movie trailer voice-over guy').
